At Backcountry Recreation, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home and outdoor investments. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return most items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage your items in their original shipping crates or boxes, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and components are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label or arrange for freight pickup for larger items like saunas and hot tubs, ensuring the RMA is clearly marked on the exterior.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit to ensure it is in new condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
