We offer flat-rate curbside delivery for all major structures. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your zone, but many of our premium packages include free shipping within the continental United States and Canada.
Do you provide installation services for your products?
Most of our products are designed as DIY-friendly kits with comprehensive manuals. While we do not provide direct installation, we can recommend certified local contractors in your area who specialize in assembly for Backcountry Recreation products.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
All our outdoor structures come with a standard 5-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Specific components like heaters or electrical pumps may have separate manufacturer warranties ranging from 1 to 3 years.
What is your return policy for home recreation equipment?
We accept returns on un-opened and un-assembled items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that due to the size and weight of our products, a 15% restocking fee applies and the customer is responsible for return freight costs.
How do I maintain the wood on my outdoor sauna or barrel tub?
To preserve the natural beauty of the cedar or thermowood, we recommend applying a UV-resistant wood sealer to the exterior once a year. The interior should remain untreated to allow the wood to breathe and release its natural aroma.
